Shipping

Since some of our products is handmade to order, please expect between 3-5 business days for processing. Any order over $150 is eligible for free shipping with the United States. Tracking information for all orders will be provided via email once your order ships.

You have up to 24 hours from when you place your order to make adjustments to your shipping address by sending us an email at DoseOfNurah@gmail.com. After 24 hours we cannot make changes to your shipping address nor are we responsible for the cost of the misdirected package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct address. Please be sure to confirm your address before placing your order. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Orders marked/tracked as "delivered" will not be refunded. Packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from the carrier will result in additional shipping charges.

The buyer is responsible for any import taxes and duty fees applicable to your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Since some of our products are handmade we are unable to accept exchanges for those item . All other items that aren’t handmade can be exchanged up to 7 days of purchase items must be unworn and unwashed and in good condition.For any issues involving your order or if a product arrives to you damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of your order receipt date for instructions on returning your product and getting a refund.

You are responsible for paying for any shipping cost for returning your product. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping, less any applied discount will be deducted from your refund amount.
